Carilocity Refund and Returns Policy

However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy to make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or incorrect upon receipt.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, to initiate a return or refund request.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return, exchange, or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
Returning an item to Carilocity is simple and straightforward. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable) showing the condition of the item

Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item to us. Returns cannot be processed without this RMA number.

Shipping the Item: After receiving the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Carilocity is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will issue your refund according to the following guidelines:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, Carilocity reserves the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return request altogether.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist. Please note the following:
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative item.

- Shipping Fees for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges. If the item is being exchanged due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the new item free of charge.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
At Carilocity, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Notification of Damaged/Defective Items: To ensure a quick resolution, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or incorrect item. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos of the damage or defect.
- Resolution Options: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with the option to:
- Request a replacement for the defective or incorrect item, or
- Receive a full refund, including any shipping charges, if the item is returned.
Carilocity will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or incorrect upon receipt:
- Customized or Personalized Products (including monogrammed or specially customized items)
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless stated otherwise)
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as final sale on our website
7. International Returns
For international orders, please note the following additional information:
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items from outside the United States. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns to avoid any issues.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply when returning an item from outside the U.S. are your responsibility. These fees are not refundable.

- Restocking Fees: Carilocity does not charge restocking fees, but we reserve the right to charge a fee for items that are returned in damaged or used condition.
- Return Limitations: Carilocity reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy, including items that are returned outside of the 30-day return window or are not in original, unused condition.
