Note: Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing, import duties, and other factors beyond our control. Carilocity is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you choose, and your delivery address. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping on Domestic Orders:
    We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $100. This offer applies to standard shipping only and is available to U.S. customers.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees for international orders vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returned or exchanged items, unless there was an error on our part.
